A destination as pristine and idyllic as Mari Mari can become a life experience, as long as the service adapts to the expectations and emotions of its guests. Our mission is to identify the details that make the difference, ensure the personalization of the experience, and together with the service team, make the stay of our guests a memory that they will treasure for the rest of their lives. Likewise, we have the task of sharing with our guests the ancestral Mapuche culture, of which we are part of.  Through Mapudüngun, the native language of this territory,, and a members of a Mapuche community, we will try to make this culture part of our distinctive seal. We will have musical activities, history talks, and share the Mapuche worldview around our traditional kütralwe fire pit, where guests will have the opportunity to learn about the culture of the people whose language inspires the name of our hotel.
